On August 26th, 2011, a farewell luncheon was held at the El Paso Country Club in El Paso, Texas for Dave Cuthbertson -FBI-SAC- El Paso Division, who is being promoted as CJIS Supervisor in West Virginia. Dave was instrumental in obtaining the funding for the only FBI funded Oilfield Theft Taskforce in the nation, the Permian Basin Oilfield Theft Taskforce. I was honored to present Dave a plaque on behalf of the Energy Security Council and was one of 15 presenters including the U.S. Attorney out of San Antonio, the FBI-SAC out of Dallas and a Army Colonel representing Ft. Bliss.
