On May 19th, 2011 at the quarterly PBOCC meeting at the Chevron building in Midland,Texas, SSRA Matt Espenshade - Midland FBI was presented an appreciation plaque from the Energy Security Council, for his many years of exemplary service to the energy industry and his invaluable assistance in the creation of the first and only FBI funded oilfield theft task force in the nation.Presenting the plaque on behalf of the Energy Security Council is Chief Deputy Ed Krevit-Midland County Sheriff's Office who currently serves on the ESC Board of Directors.
