Registration will close on September 18th, 2025. Anyone who wishes to register after September 18th must contact the office and will be subject to a $100 late fee. Payment includes all scheduled meal functions, receptions, and conference materials.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A written cancellation received on or before September 11th , 2025, will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given after September 11th, 2025.
